company, in whole or in part, he then represents the insured in a suit
against the insured's insurance company for policy benefits.
Mr. Cornblum represents homeowners and businesses. His appellate practice
is in the field of civil tort litigation and insurance coverage. Mr. Cornblum has 46 years trial
experience, has settled hundreds of tort insurance cases with adjusters,
claims supervisors and defense counsel. He is very familiar with the insurance industry's standard of
practice based upon extensive scholarly writings, research and legal
practice.
