Dictionary – Auto Body Repair Law - 2003
This text places an emphasis upon California statutes and insurance commissioner regulations for the auto body repair industry. After reviewing the contents of many writings, publications and internet materials, it became clear that one common factor existed.  That common factor was and is a lack of uniform legal definitions of important terms and industry concepts.  This text is a result of creating a legal definitional foundation to assist repairs shops in better understanding its relationship with the insurance industry and its customers.
